Spellcasting harrier feat, allows you to AoO against those that cast spells even if defensively .


If you cast a spell while quicken it counts as a free action.


So which trumps what, or even triggers what if the two collide.

You just answered your own question. Spellcasting Harrier lets you make an AOO even if your opponent is casting defensively. It doesn't say anything about if your opponent is casting as a swift action.
