okay, so, I'm familiar with the type pyramid in savage species, but am unaware of whether it i still the most current authority on what happens when you change type.
the specific example I am curious about is the following:
say an outsider (neraph, tiefling, etc) takes 10 levels of winterhaunt of iborghu, which grants the evil subtype and changes the type to elemental, which sticks? elemental or outsider?
I ask because I think I might have finally found a way to get into fiend of possession besides kaorti. but it clearly won't work if his type changes to elemental.
