Most types and Subtypes on a creature or player

I've been wondering this for a while, but not knowing all the templates, prcs,spells and, feats that add to a person type or sub type.
Would you guys be able to turn transform an Awakened Cat into a Cat [Fire] [Air] [Earth] [Cold] [Outsider] [Demon] [Angel][Abberation] [Humanoid] [Magical beast] [undead] and so on and so through as little cheese as possible and it can't go past level 20.

It doesn't need to be that specifically just the most you can get on it.

You can only have a single creature type at a time. Older types are shuffled into subtypes - so a creature can be an Undead (Augmented Humanoid), but not an Undead Humanoid.

As for adding subtypes to stuff, Savage Species provides a new use for Wish that does this, so you can just spam it until you get them all, no sweat.
