Odd that the forums come working again in some form almost on monkday.

Anyways, avoiding being a caster as much as possible ( or atleast cleric/wizard cheese ). ToB. Evil and exalted are out. dragon mag and dungeon mag are okay. So is Dragon comp. Alignment of LN. Race pretty much set on How can one up the int modifier as much as possible with cha as a secondary ( mainly for fun-sake, but I might take it up as a primary on another character ). And the uses thereof?

So far on character classes for Fire grey elf ( for the +4 int ) int primary is Monk 3 / hexblade 3 ( group enforces multiclass penalties ) mantis shen 10. Feats being Faerie mystery initiate ( for int to hitpoints instead of con ), kung fu genious/carmendine, education, knowledge devotion, and versatile performer ( fun's sake plus BoEF ).

Artificer // Factotum?

I have always liked that combo.

Single class progression. Not gestault (sp?)

Then just factotum. I don't see the big problem there. Factotum is int based, and they get a good deal out of charisma, they aren't spellcasters although they get some spell like abilities in a pinch..

Overall they are a great beat for an int focused class.
