Creature collection I and II level adjustments list?

A while back I had seen a web page with level adjustments for al the creatures found in sword and sorceries creature collection I and II. It was amazing, and I was foolish not to bookmark it, does anybody know what I'm talking about and can you provide me a link?

How far back? Further than your internet history can reach? You may still be able to find it somewhere in there if you're willing to spend the time. Sorry I can't be more helpful than that.
