Looking for a prestige class.

I'm looking for any prestige class that gives feats, preferably general and under the player's control. I don't care at all about other class features.

D&D 3.5 preferred, Dragon OK, third-party if you've got an idea.

There aren't many. Loremaster will do it if you can qualify for the right secret. Chameleon gives a feat you can change on a daily basis.

Its not a prestige class, but fighter feats are a pretty broad area.
There is also the Chameleon from Races of Destiny. At 2nd level they get a feat that they can change daily. Any feat. As long as you can qualify.

Human paragon; you get a bonus feat at 2 I think
Half elf paragon gets you one at 1

Are you looking for any feat in particular? Loremaster's a bit hard to qualify for, and chameleon can be rather demanding. Not a PrC I know, but a 2 level dip in savant can also get you any feat you qualify for.
