I have a rule question:

Spell Reflection: Lose evasion, gain the ability to reflect spells targeted at you that miss.

what is exactly considered a miss?
i just if its a touch spell (or ranged touch spell) and he does not hit me?

A spell that makes an attack roll and fails to hit your relevant AC.

Basically, it's like the Reflect Arrows epic feat.

Edit: note that not all spells attack touch AC, though most do.

Amusing Note: This ACF can be most beneficially paired with the Iron Heart manuever that allows you to replace your AC with an attack roll, since raising touch AC is often difficult and expensive.

Plus, you know, you get to punch lasers back at people.

Wall of Blades is indeed amusing with Spell Deflection. And being such a low level technique means it is fairly easy to acquire through multi-classing or Martial Study.

Of course the image I get is swatting around magic with a baseball bat.
