Hippo-wha?

An awesome fellow by the name of Acanous sent me this build.
Druid/Barbarian build designed to stomp around as a crazy big critter. The Hippo is interchangeable with a Triceratops (or so I have been told), which is what I will likely swap out for in actual play.

Yes, this will probably cause a sensible DM to throw a book at me. I'm fine with that.

I'm looking for possible problems, concerns, suggestions, etc.

Build under the spoiler cut.

Why is the hippo a triceratops? Hippos have their own, perfectly usable stats.

A Hippomancer without neither Scion of Tem-Et-Nu levels nor the Blessed by Tem-Et-Nu feat? What fun is that? :smallwink:

More importantly, they're also funnier.

Can you REBUKE Hippos?

Why is the hippo a triceratops? Hippos have their own, perfectly usable stats.Mostly because I want to be a Triceratops. I'm making two different jokes with it.

See, I plan on having this 'orc' run around with a terrible nickname.
Billy. Which is in itself a long running WoWcrendor joke.
Also, he's always going to wear the color blue.
"It's shapeshift time! Triceratops!"
:smallcool:

The other joke is I plan on naming him Horridon. You can google that one if you need to. It's a complex orcish name (3 words, oh my) but everyone calls him Billy.

But hey, I'm a Druid, I can be a Hippo when the joke gets old if I want.

I suggest a table be included. There's one over in the base class contest (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=15008283&postcount=2), along with how to make it in the spoiler on that post.

No, get the book Sandstorm, there are feats to turn/rebuke Hippos, and more.

Uh, sure, how many chairs? Who all is coming to dinner?

Kidding. I'll get that cleaned up in a bit, and edit the original post.

shouldn't a hippo-mancer be a horse based caster? that's the etymology.

What does a dinosaur-shifting brute divine from hippos? :smallconfused:

Technically a hippomancer would be a horse whisperer.
