I swear I saw it once, was their not a snake based prc, that could change staffs into vipers, and you could have them crawl around you with various bite benefits ?

I believe you're talking about the Yuan-Ti Cultist PRC from Savage Species. It's the only PRC I know of that can turn staffs into snakes.

That is perfect thank you, Hmm..didn't remember the racial and evil requirements, going to have to fiddle with it a bit.

Change the knowledge interactions, psionic abilities, and change the chants to something that works with a snake charmers flute.
