View Full Version : Fearl Half Giant Cleric?

Am curious, on the reception of a monster based campaign, so going to be some LA's no matter what, but how a half giant / fearl creature would do for melee combat, when enforced with slightly behind the curve normal cleric spells?

You mean Feral, right? I don't remember what effects that has exactly, but fixing the typo in the title can't hurt.

Half-Giant would probably do just fine as a Cleric, especially with LA buyoff.

If you need monster HD or LA no matter what, Feral Half-Giant should be decent for a cleric. You get a bonus to Wis, and enough fast healing and Str that you can spend your spells on things besides buffing and healing yourself.

2 LA, so you can buy out by 20. Low levels you rock the fast healing and pick up some temp HP. Don't tank con, as your HD will hurt your total HP.

Divine power is your friend.

If you want more turn attempts, Feral Primordial Giant Half-Giant would be decent.

Just a minor quible: Feral only applies to Humanoids and Monstrous Humanoids, IIRC. Half-Giants are not eligible.

Races of Destiny p150, half-humans and humanlike races, he can basically opt to be creature type humanoid instead of giant.
