Which of these creature could be good to train with Handle Animal?

These are swamp-related creatures, but I really wonder how much a crocodyle or something like that could be trained? What are the limitations, playground?

Rear a wild animal dc 15 + HD of animal

You raise an animal from infancy and can teach it any tricks per it's int score.

At DC 30+HD you can rear a magical beast (possible pre epic with items and good rolls, or a wand of guidance of the avatar)

DC35+ will get you vermin, once again guidance of the avatar (swarms make interesting attack dogs)

DC 40+ will allow you to rear any creature. Yes, anything.

The only restriction is they have to be raised from infancy (sorry dragons are going to be a wait)
