Jedi class or tradition?
Sith race or tradition?
And what do you mean by jensaarai? Just the tradition or talents?
Being more precise would help...

as far as class im was looking in to going jedi and soldier
with the jensaarai i wanted to take the talents and the tradition but im confused as to how i get them
and as far as sith i mean using the traditions and being allowed to go full dark side

For Jensaarai I'd suggest going soldier/jedi - as long as you start with the jensaarai tradition you can get any of their talents when you get a talent while your still apart of they're tradition.
And anyone can fall to the darkside especially if you skirt the line, which is standard for the jensaarai. Just realize when or if you become a sith you won't be of the jensaarai tradition anymore. And you would have to get another sith or a sith holocron to teach you in order to become a sith.
As for armor and PrC's - soldier, jedi knight, imperial knight(LECG; which can be re-fluffed as jensaarai defender) are the ones off the top of my head that have strengths in armor use. Talents such as Armored Defense, Improved Armored Defense, Armor Mastery(LECG; imperial knight talent), Attune Armor(jensaarai talent), almost all of the armor specialist talent tree, any of the imperial knight armor talents(LECG), sith alchemy(KotOR or JATM; sith talent).

thats all great information and has helped me a lot
the only thing now im wondering is at the end of the day is armor worth it for a force user. deflect and block just seem to easy to build the use the force skill with
or am i comparing to something over powered ?

Defenses scale faster than skills and Ref defense can get monstrous with some investment, just don't neglect your offensive capabilities while cranking your "AC".

i think ill be ok Im looking at putting a lot of my feats to my light saber and my talents to my armor
whats still confusing is i notice you can upgrade a device to give extra str bonus
can this be used on power armor ? or is there some other device im missing

If your talking about Enhanced strength from Tech Spec it only applies to the devices strength score.
If your talking the powered exoskeleton upgrade I don't think it would be able to be added to a powered suit that already has a strength add(such as the Corellian Powersuit.

Talents such as Armored Defense, Improved Armored Defense, Armor Mastery(LECG; imperial knight talent)
Considering that one Imperial Knight talent has the same effect as both Armoured Defense and Improved Armoured Defense... I wouldn't bother with the base two, and just wait for Imperial Knight instead.
You may want to invest in either a Noble level to get the Wealth talent, or have a Noble in the party with Wealth that you can get money from. This depends on how stingy your GM is with money, since getting the really good armour (and upgrading it) will cost a small fortune before long.

I'm just learning and this post fits my quandary. It looks like the break-even point for armor is pretty low-level since you can only chose armor or level for certain defenses. So if I want to have an effective Jedi, am I gimping the build to force armor into the equation?
