Are their any other full BAB prestige classes that advance divine spell casting other than the shining blade of hieronious?

Prestige Paladin (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigePaladin) fit what you are looking for?

There is the Holy Vindicator from pathfinder if that is an option.

Sacred Fist. Enlightened is the far worse arcane one. Divine Crusader is full BaB IIRC.

Ordained champion you take a few level hits on the casting but it ups your BAB and adds in alot of nice damage absorb/dealing abilities. its in the complete champion book on page 90-93.

Nope, but if enough people say it, maybe it will be true!

Hexer is 10/10 and full BAB, though the entry requirements are interesting to say the least. From Masters of the Wild.

Knight of the Raven is close, 9/10 I think. Expedition to Castle Ravenloft.
Windwalker from Faiths & Pantheons is 10/10.

Windwalker from Faiths & Pantheons is 10/10.
Oh, I love that PrC.
For my contribution, Fochlucan Lyrist! The most ambitious, yet least sensible, PrC evah! The only question I have is "Full BAB? Dual-casting advancement? Eh? Wait. WHAT?"
And what is with those entry requirements? They basically weed out 95% of build concepts, and ensure a lot of cookie-cutter-ness b/t the Lyrists.

Warpriest from Complete Divine is full BAB though it is 5/10 casting.

Hexer seems to be the best option for the gishish build im trying to create, d6 hit die and low fort save makes me sad though :smallfrown: also have to find a way to get survival on the fighter or clerics skill list(without travel domain), probably should just dip a level of barbarian for it.
Although Spirit Shaman would probably fit better for what im trying to do I would actually need a good charisma then :smallfrown:

Have you considered Divine Power? (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/divinePower.htm) Divine Metamagic: Persistent Spell is the old standby, but switching that out for DMM: Quicken Spell saves you on turn attempts per use and the possible cheese needed to crank up their number.

Well I'm looking at making a TWF build so its already pretty feat intensive, and I also planned to dump charisma.

If you can get access to the Any Spell spell and a wizard's spellbook with the Heroics spell, both from Spell Compendium then you could cheat you're way into having the TWF feat tree for 10 min/day/feat/spell.
