If you became afflicted with vampirism, or some kind of sun allergy, how would you become protected from the sun trying to kill you?

Protective Penumbra spell works. Not for a whole day though, 10 minutes/level.

there is the spell Night's Mantle from Lords of Darkness a faerun book. it lasts 10 min/day, but it is a lv 4 cleric spell with a range of personal so it can be DMM persisted. it affects the creature touched so another cleric could touch you.

wide brimmed hat or a cloak with a really deep hood? that should keep you out of direct sunlight, and also doesn't take a spell away. Also, should be pretty cheap to buy a hat or hooded cloak.

This was asked so many times. I think someone came up with an item that involves it having some sort of shadow spell in it.

Is there a way to have Darkness centered on you, and then everybody has Ebon Eyes up and running? :smallcool: This works, right?

Have you considered a Hello Kitty umbrella that creates magical darkness?

Doesn't even need to have magical darkness. A normal umbrella works perfectly fine too. :smallwink:

Sandstorm has things that work for that, the non-magical Parasol, aka umbrella. There is also the Portable Shade which acts like a Tenser's Floating Disc, it automatically tilts to block the suns rays and leaves your hands free.
