Do you lose your Dex bonus to AC when running?

According to this feat description in the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#run), people normally lose their Dexterity bonus to AC when running. However, I can't find anything about this in the SRD sections on AC, Dexterity, or running. Anyone know what the actual rules are, and is this an oversight in the SRD?

Technically, even if the Run feat was the only place that was described, it would still be a rule. Fortunately, it's not.
