[PF]Familiars and Feats

I was poking around the familiar rules (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/wizard/familiar), and I was wondering; since there are feats listed for familiars, do they get feats? I'm sorry in advance if it's a dumb question.

They get those particular feats, and the feats listed on the creature entry for that animal. Nothing more. No feats per HD.

"Those particular feats"...it's a list of choices, not bonus feats.

Familiars are creatures, so they get feats, which can be the ones listed in the entry, or other feats depending on the individual in question. They don't get any extra HD for being familiars, so they don't get any extra feats.

So they have thing like Critical Conduit, Familiar Focus, and an Extra Item Slot?
