What is your fantasy roleplay dreams of ECL 10 and below

If you could roleplay any monster of ECL 10 or below, with no worries of character classes or the like, what creature would you enjoy most roleplaying?

What's the ECL of a Gelatinous Ooze? :smallcool: More seriously, a Lycanthrope. Between the really kinda meh RHD and the LA, I can't ever really bring myself to play one.

Probably Lizardfolk. Never played one for various reasons, DM noped it, subpar LA and RHD, game started too low level to actually play one at first level and my DM wouldn't let it slide.

Just struck me as interesting character wise to play one. Doing something different and playing something a little stranger. Maybe toss the Serpentine Template onto it just for a little extra added scaliness to the scales.

Wight is one I've wanted to play, but again, haven't had the chance to. Few times I rolled one up it was all for PbP games where I didn't make the cut.

Now a part of me wants to stat up a Dalek. Although I know the party would unanimously decide that fleeing is the best option after the opening statement.

I'd pick some color of slaad. they are one of my favorite races.I also happen to enjoy that they evolve like pokemon. if i had to pick a color though I'd choose blue, I favor brute type characters.

A Beguiler. They're LA +0 (cohort) and have constant true seeing, so it'll probably never happen. But then I could make a Beguiler Beguiler :smallbiggrin:.
