Flying Monkey Character?!?!

IS a flying monkey as simple as an hadozee with a fey template, or does it require more then that?

I would think it's an anthropomorphic monkey with the winged template. Dec and wis would be incredibly high.

Cloaked Ape in MM2 is a flying monkey, 4 HD of magical beast, LA +2 per the update booklet, improved grab, DR/silver, and fast healing. Only CR 2, so a pack of them would still be a fairly low encounter level. Not exactly a viable PC race, but it does exist out of the box.

Savage Species has the Winged Creature template (LA +2, gives flight), and the Anthropomorphic Monkey race (Small, LA 0).
