I found a feat for constructs that.... lets you add more arms. A set for 25% of the cost of what it took to make the construct. here it is.

Extra Arms
construct must have at least one slam.
Requires craft construct and 14th caster level.
cost +25% market price
affect: adds two more arms and adds two slam attacks.
o-o It dosn't say it can't be used after its already made. Not sure how to go about this with warforged. But it seems like it would cost an a little depending on the material one was made of. Iron, wood, and stone. cheap at best. though with the body perks it could get much worse since most warforged are close to 2/5 of the metal if not more in weight. about twice as much as full plate in cost. so 18k for one and 30k for the other. 25% of both being 4500 and 7500 I would guess just for the metal. Iron being much cheaper at I would say 25sp. Now I am thinking this would be more a happy wish then something that can be done. >.<
