Evil Outsiders

Looking for an evil outsider for a Fiend of Possession. I am trying to keep the LA relatively low and I have considered a few like Tiefling and Kaorti but Im interested in seeing if there are any others out there that sounds appealing.

There's a fairly cheap ritual in Savage Species (castable by 8th level cleric with alignment domain) to give a character an alignment subtype.

Combine with a low LA Outsider race.

Doesn't fiend of Possession require the fiend to be capable of an Ethereal form or something?


Succubus is the best choice IMHO, as always.

If you're going the Ritual of Alignment route, Neraph is a great choice. LA 0 for outsider type.

Fiend of Possession gives you Ethereal form at lvl. 1. And thanks. Ill look into the Ritual of Alignment more.
