Requesting a homebrew half-race

I'm looking for a half-elf/half-Firre Eladrin playable race
a halfling/Firre version would be cool too

in the +1-+2 level adjustment range

I'd like it to be the elf/halfling version of the Azerblood.
Obviously Outsider.
Produce Flame Spell like.
Hair can turn into fire.

the Firre are in Book of Exalted Deeds on page 169.

I'll reply to your homebrew WITH a homebrew! Xuldarinar made a template (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=276074) where you take two races, plug them in and wham-o! You have a hybrid! :smallbiggrin:

Sorry for being so lazy with this, but... it's a good template and I feel it needs more use. And I can't homebrew worth a darn...

That would require me to mix a LA 10 race with a LA 0, i don't think the results will be pretty, or usable.

I understand perfectly. Im delighted to see my own homebrew being suggested for use here, but I am with you on that it likely would not likely be usable. I intended it for things with a much smaller gap. Only one way to find out how well it would function though; throw it together and try it out. I've surprised even myself with the capabilities of the template.

(1/3hd)/day can use produce flame, CL=HD

1/day Fiery Gaze: Fort Save 10+1/2hd+Cha or be Blinded, on a successful save Dazzled



+2 Climb, Jump, Move Silently, Diplomacy, Listen, Perform(Sing)

+1 racial bonus on all saving throws.

+2 morale bonus on saving throws against fear.

+1 racial bonus on attack rolls with thrown weapons and slings.

Favored Class: Bard.

LA: +1~1.5

wizards has a good template for customized half fiends, i think it would work well with half celestials, and boom make a template and add to a halfling :)

Well here is the Half-Firre Template but it comes with a hefty 3 outsider HD and +4LA, going to work on microing it down later when I have time.
