does anyone have a good way/idea how to shoe horn the PF Alchemist into 3.5?

and as a DM of a 3.5 game would you allow it?

It can fit pretty much out of the box. Change the skills, and it's ready. It'll be high T3, but that's acceptable in any game where wizards are run.
