Spells Lower Level on Other Lists

I'm sure that at one point either here, on the Wizards community, brilliantgameologiests, or the min/max forums, there was a thread with a list of spells that were available at earlier levels than the wiz/sorc or cleric lists. Haste, for example, as a level 1 spell for a Trapsmith.

Does anyone have this bookmarked? My google skills are failing me.

Haste as a first level spell? What level does Trapsmith begin to learn 1st level spells?

Thanks! I'm not sure that's the one I remember, I seem to recall a different sort of layout, and the title doesn't ring a bell, but it's definitely a good resource. Bookmarked!

While true, I was thinking of this in terms of the Chameleon, who can prep his spells like a wizard/cleric, but from any class spell list.

On top of the Artificer spell guide, the Chameleon Handbook (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=8750.0) already sorted out almost all of the available spells, in a format of Arcane/Divine + Same lvl/Lower lvl/Not on other lists.
