Sonorous Hum with Fugue (Bardzilla)

Can you use Sonorous Hum to make the spell Fugue last all day as a 30ft aura from a character? All the feats from the build Bardzilla are used to allow persist using bardic music uses.

Or, if you persist Fugue, will it remain even though you are not concentrating?

Both spells are in the Spell Compendium, page 196 and 100.
