Is there a way to gain/grow more than two arms, and would the arms stay in an alternate for such as wild shape?

Deepspawn Feat and put the Arms of Man magic item on your new tentacles? If you want that for wildshape, the Warshaper can grow something like INFINITE TENTACLES. Just... buy a lot of Arms of Man I guess.
