Expected WBL, avg treasure gain, difference, consumable budgets

A lot of debates get into consumables, whether it is about the monk using partially charged wands, flask rogue, or just a tangle foot bag This is going to be a table displaying how much extra wealth you have available to you. I'm keeping a running total of extra and individual levels as sometimes stratagies have level costs no matter what level you are.

Gotta say the bump at level 6 looks really strange. What's with the extra 1000 in CBL? :smallconfused:

Yeah, I had it on a word document before I remembered there were tables I could use.

I don;t know 6,9,13, and 19 are all a bit wonky.
