Feats required.
as a 20th level human wu jen you have a bonus meta-magic feat from level 1 1 bonus feat for being a human and 7 regular feats
and 4 other meta magic feats applied to one specific spell for free (in this case arboreal transformation (IMPORTANT: It says you need to know the spell, it doesn't say you need to be able to prepare it))

So arboreal transformation is now
Enlarged, Extended, Stilled , and Silent Spell'd

bonus feat: Sanctum spell feat +0
Feats regular

1:Metamagic School Focus(Transmutation): up to - 3 spell level slots per day
2:Chain spell:Targets 20 creatures + 3 levels higher
3:Arcane thesis: -1 spell level per metamagic!
4:Irresistable spell:+10 save dc + 4 levels higher
5:Twin spell:Casts it twice + 4 levels higher
6:Invisible spell:Removes visual manifestions of casting +0
7:Miser with magic: get the spell back on a spellcraft check

So now when you prepare the spell you need to use 2 use of MSF for - 2 spell levels lower
prepare it with all your meta magics
with arcane thesis you get
-4 spell levels lower for spell secrets
-2 spell levels for +0 meta magics(not counting miser with magic)

now since chain spell costs only 2 Irresistible spell costs 3 twin spell costs 3
the spell is still ninth level
Thanks to arcane thesis you have successfully turned 40 creatures into oak Treents that serve you for 20 days and then become plain trees.

Best part though if you make a dc 28 spellcraft check you can cast it again next round.

Battle Bridle gains Mounted Combat

You get Miracle 2/day as an SLA. Use it to gain a load of Body Outside Body Clones, which are then persisted.

Each clone uses one of their Miracles to make another number of clones, ad-infinitum, and the other to wish for a scroll of Arboreal Transformation.

In the space of around 15 rounds, you have in excess of ~billion scrolls.
