Is there a cheap way to get protection against scrying?

I have a character that kind of pissed off a powerful devil, the infernal tax collector, and a king or two. He has 209,000 gold to work with, so enough for a Third Eye-Conceal, but that would be over half of his wealth.

Third eye conceal is probably your best bet. And it's pretty sweet, permanent mind-blank is nothing to sneeze at. While you're at it grab that +5 armor enchantment of anti-transmutation and an item of permanent death ward to protect yourself against save or suck/dies for when those devils come for you. That should all be within your budget.

210,000-120,000 eye -(4*8*2000*2=128,000) amulet of perm death ward. I could get cheesy and pay for a cleric and an AEG witch to make the amulet. Guidance of the Avatar x3 (2*3*20*2=240) death ward amulet (4*3*2000*2=48,000), wouldn't be that bad.

Edit: Or Sanctum death ward by a witch, (3*3*2000*2=36000)
