Raising divine CL at level 1: How?

I need to raise the CL of divine spells. The spell I need to raise the CL of is Sanctuary (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/sanctuary.htm), if that matters. I am a gestalt Cleric Favored Soul 1//Bard 1, and there is an added problem. I can't use an item as my solution. I would like to do it with a feat if possible. Can this be done?
