Tiny Race with low LA

I need a Tiny race with a low LA, preferably +0 but I can handle +1. I would prefer if it didn't reduce Wisdom or Charisma, but I can deal with it if it does.

If you're using web enhancements, Kobolds have Slight Build, which makes them count as Tiny for a whole slew of things. Other than that, I think Jermlaine (MMII) are Tiny, and they have LA0.

Jermaine, Muckdwellers, or Tibbits in cat form are the only tiny races with LA+0.

Half Giants and Eniko can both become tiny. Or smaller.

The Jermlaine is useful with +6 to wisdom but also -6 to charisma.

The Muckdweller has -2 to wis and -2 to charisma.

Could you explain this one? Beguiler is small, unless an update changed it. The LA reading would have to be a veeeeeery broad interpretation.

Either augmented compression or return to nature cast multiple times.

Really? I would have sworn it was tiny. I guess that's what I get for posting before I check my books. I always just remembered that they portrayed it like a magic-cat-thing even though it was more of a magic-rat-thing, and cats are tiny.
