A focused specialist gives up 1 spell slot of each level in exchange for 2 spell slots of a particular school correct?
Everything I've read says the enhanced summoning ACF is pretty much mandatory for a summoner/malconvoker but I'll only be taking 5 levels of wizard so it seems like it would break down like this:
You gain augment summoning at 1st level and the +2 on dispel checks against your summons at 5th but you end up loosing:
Scribe scroll and your 5th lvl feat.
So really you trade scribe scroll for the +2 on dispel checks because the feats are a wash.
Scribe scroll seems more beneficial that the situational bonus on dispel checks. Thoughts?
