Lots of natural weapons?

For an enemy that has a whole bunch of different natural weapons, do they get to make one primary natural weapon attack (or two claws), then unload the entire rest of the list as secondary? Or is there a limit? Say, if something has Claw X2 (Primary), Bite (2nd), Tentacles X4 (2nd), Stinger (2nd), what will its full attack sequence look like? c0, c0, b-5, t-5, t-5, t-5, t-5, s-5?

Unless the creature also has multi-attack or improved multi-attack, you are right. with those feats the penalties are reduced to -2 (multi-attack) or -0 (improved multi-attack).
