First off the only link to the two directors and the movie is that I have had much exposure to and seen the movie respectively.
Any fans out there?
I have seen Suicide Club, Visitor Q, Audition, Full Metal Yakuza, and Ichi the Killer by Miike.
If you have not seen any of his flicks they are graphic, twisted horroresque type movies.
David O Russel has done 3 Kings, Spanking the Monkey, and most recently I <3 Huckabees. The last flick I really enjoyed though it is not as new.
Battle Royal rocked. It has a young Chiaki Kuriyama (GoGo Yubari from Kill Bill)
These are movies for a mature audience.
