Need some help on a charicter a bit home brew

I am joining a friends game after a long break from d&d (was 3.0 last I played) he wants me to roll in as an Eladrin, battousai with a major demon bloodline (for story reasons.) Now I don't really know how to build this effectively so I was looking for a bit of help. Thanks in advance ^_^

Well after the first session in which the DM started us at 5 I have this:

Battousai:3
Bloodline:1
Level adjustment +2
So ECL 6 if I am doing this right 18300/21000 xp

FEATS
(1st)improved initiative
(BL)power attack
(3rd)weapons focus katana

He also had me start with a katana that has eager and finesse

Can anyone let me know if this looks at all right as I don't know a lot of the home brew or non 3.0 material. Also I was told all published materials are legal and so is most home brew because "if the party can do it the villains can too."
