Does anyone have good resources or references for what Napoleonic Wars-era naval warfare might look like in a D&D setting? Specifically, I'm planning a campaign where the PCs are the officers of a frigate. Much appreciated.

There's a lot of sailing related stuff in the Skull & Shackles AP which takes place on a pirate ship. Its player's guide should be free off the Paizo site and has things like how Solid Fog affects a ship.

Napoleonic you will need to line that up with how cannons function I believe, since they are still rare in Golarion.
