Because I don't think that Dragon Mag did it right, I am looking to build a charlatan character. I feel like Predigitation as an SLA or at will ability would be fun to this end, but I don't know how to get it save eleven levels of Hexblade. Any ideas?

It would be fairly awesome to take SLA - Prestidigitation as an Archmage High Arcana or an Innate Spell and then do a Supernatural Transformation on it.
