If you are holding the charge from a touch attack spell, and you strike an enemy with an unarmed attack, does the target suffer the spell's effects and take the damage from the attack? If you do not have Improved Unarmed Strike, would the attack count as an 'armed' unarmed attack?
A character is a monk 2/wizard 3, facing 2 adjacent opponents. In the first round they cast Chill Touch and touch target A who fails the Fortitude save and takes 1 Strength damage. Next round they flurry, hitting with both attacks. What happens in the following scenarios, with regards to damage and the Strength damage?
Both attacks against target A
An attack against A and an attack against B
Both attacks against B
