So I'm starting a new BESM D20 game soon and I've got a concept in my head, but I'm unsure on how it can be effectively executed. Basically, I want to be a sort of support/parasite to the other party members to buff them and let them loose on the world. I've got 55 character points to build off of, but I've leaning toward the adventurer class which would give me 25 more.
My issue is the only attribute I've found that replicates this concept is Metamorphosis and at 6cp/rank it's hardly cost effective. Am I just not being creative enough with the potential of 6 free floating character points to buff someone with, or are there actually better ways to accomplish my idea?
Additionally, my plan was to use the insubstantial attribute and maybe shrinking to "board" party members so that I can make metamorphosis changes on the fly. Are there any suggestions in this regard? Other suggested powers?
