Pathfinder AoO feats

So I'm playing a Fighter in pathfinder for the first time, and I'm wondering how to get more opportunities for attacks of opportunity [ugh sorry]. So far, it looks like the combat maneuver feats [greater trip, greater reposition, etc]. Are there any other ways to get more Attacks of opportunities, featwise or other?

Well, you wield a spiked shield and then take the greater bull rush feat and there's some shield bash feat, you can chain them together to attack someone until you run out of AoO's.

Combine Vicious Stomp with your Greater Trip (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/vicious-stomp-combat). That way, whenever you successfully Trip something you get TWO AoO's against them (one must be 'unarmed' though).

The Snake Fang feat (unarmed-based) and Come and Get Me rage power (Barbarian class feature) are the easiest ways to rack up a lot of AoOs per round.
