What does a ninja spy prc from OA offer a rogue or other stealthy type builds?

Very high jump and tumble checks, and opens the door to abuse with Alter Self if you're an Outsider. Start as a Neraph, and shift into all sorts of fun Outsider forms. If you're going for a super assassin type, there are better PrCs (I'm a fan of Teflammar Shadowlord for the in-and-out killer type), but if you want something that feels like an authentic Ninja then Ninja Spy is a good fit, sneaking and leaping and all that.

You get to be the most ninja ninja that ever ninja'd. Personal favorite build of mine includes CAdv Ninja/Rokugan Ninja/Ninja Spy/Shadow Sun Ninja.
