domains:
Halfling domain - add cha to jump 1/day
Lust Domain - add cleric level to cha 1/day
charm domain via planar touchstone (only wanted the ability here) +4 cha 1/day

Feats:
far horizons(jump as class skill)
acrobatic (+2 jump)
wild talent (lets me become psionically focused)
mind leap (expend focus to add 10 to jump)
skill focus jump (+3 to jump)

Normal wbl for level 20 = 960k
bought a ring of imp jumping, a tome of leadership +5, a tome of body +5, a cloak of charisma +19, a belt of str +17, and a wand of jump

skill ranks are as follows:
23 in jump
23 in disguise
6 diplomacy
bluff 1 (for kicks)

with a 32 point buy, i took 18 str and 18 cha, the rest of my stats are 8
my final cha and str after using the lust domain, the charm ability, and items are...
cha - 66
str - 40
after spells and items, my jump check is now a whopping 121, and skill mastery allows me to take 10 in all situations putting me and a no roll 131.

exemplar lets me use that as a diplomacy check.

As a female changeling i disguise myself as a member of whatever race I want to influence. I hop, causing my body to jiggle, which I use to convince people to do what I want.

TL;DR
Comedic build is a diplomancer that uses boobs to get what they want.

That seems partially counter intuitive. If she got going too fast no one would be able to reasonably see her. However this is probably balanced out by the fact that everyone's heads are getting turned by the resulting vaccum created by her passage.

Step 4: Disguise yourself as an Incarnate effigy of an Illithid
Step 5: Take levels in Illithid Savant (10)

Step 8: Use the Scrolls and eat their brains their Alter Shape abilities.

You ever heard of the Jumplomancer (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19870138/The_Jumplomancer_-_are_you_serious)? You seem to be using the same basic idea, only 6 years later and less powerful.

The Belt and Cloak are Epic items and therefore get prices accordingly.

Belt of strength +17
price = 10 * 1000 * 17 * 17 = 2,890,000gp - more than three times your WBL for level 20 on it's own.

Actually, the WBL at level 20 is 760.000 gp.
And I believe a cloak of charisma +19 would cost 3.610.000 gp (19^2*1.000*10), assuming you could buy that. Unfortunately, magic items that boost ability scores always give an even bonus. Same goes for the belt of str +17, which would cost 2.890.000 gp.

I'm not sure how you get that it was a level 11 build-- The boosts-to-Jump part was ten levels, and then you need five levels of Exemplar to get Persuasive Performance. Even if you get your bonuses through some other build base, you still need level 15, since Exemplar requires 13 ranks in a skill (hence, level 10).

I may have messed up my magic creation math while i was entertained by the idea of a large breasted woman getting what she wants by hopping up and down in front of people.

but honestly I can remove both items and it doesn't make a large impact on its effectiveness.

As for the WBL, I didnt take the time to look it up since i saw someone post that in another thread. My bad. Again though, i can remove some of the stat items and its still effective.
