Forgot the name of a feat

I saw a feat the other day and cannot remember where it's from or what it's called. I feel like it changes the HD limit of undead you may control to x3. Anyone know if this is a real feat?

I can confirm this is a thing, but that's all. I also remember seeing it yesterday, but I read a lot of feats across a lot of books yesterday...

Edit: Instead of a feat, could it have been the Deathbound Domain? That's the domain's granted power. Its in the Spell Compendium.

It's not a feat, but you might be thinking of the deathbound domain. A 3*caster level animated undead pool is its domain power.
