Do Nomal familiars have alignment?

They have enough int score, but there's no mention about Alignment.

I guess they may follow master's Alignment, but i'm not sure.

Every creature has an alignment. If it's mindless or of animal intelligence that alignment is neutral.

For the specific question of basic familiars; I don't know that it's explicitly stated anywhere, but what else would it be but the same as the master?

The familiar has the same alignment as a normal creature of that kind:
Use the basic statistics for a creature of the familiar’s kind, but make the following changes:

And then it goes on to make adjustments to a number of things, but doesn't mention alignment. As such, alignment is unchanged from its base form.
