how do you get thoes spoiler banners?

I'm seeing all of these "My DM said..." then a line below it with a "Show Spoiler" button. Who do you make thoes things anyway?

And this sort of thing is easy to figure out on your own, if the code you see is in a post (as opposed to a sig). Just press the Quote button and you'll see what's in the post, which should give you an idea of what the tag is and how to format it.
