adepts and magewrights

Does anyone have any opinions on expanding the spell list the magewright? I would love to use the class as pc class in my new lower magicworld, but it lacks any offensive or defensive spells. The eberron adept has taken the role of the cleric, and I would love to use the mage wright, but I don't know which spells to add. Please help!

Would a slower spell progression be a good idea? I've been working on a low magic idea for months now, but I don't want to lose the wizard or cleric classs. I was thinking of having those classes using a spell progression of the adept. Any thoughts?
