Some golems have magic immunity. This poses 2 problems.
1 If a golem walks through some webs you made earlier, do they work as webs or do they work as nonmagic webs which he stomps through?

Here's my second theory, it's a bit more plausible.
2 Some people say "magic immunity= SR (infinity sigh)". This does make sense, only 20th level concealed beguilers and vitriolic blasts can get through. But what if webs wait. Do webs allow SR? If yes, then what happens? If no, what happens?:smallannoyed: Argh, brain overheating.

If yes, I think the webs work since SR doesn't apply, EVEN THOUGH the golem is immune to magic. This is a conflict of "magic immune" and RAI and RAW.

If no, I think he plows through the webs which aren't even a bit more effective than cobwebs.

Any help? Nobody can answer this question yet.

SRD:

Immunity to Magic (Ex): An iron [clay, stone, etc.] golem is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance.

SRD:

Web
Conjuration (Creation)
[...]
Spell Resistance: No

That could not be more straightforward.

Web will work exactly as the spell description on a golem.

While the Golem entry (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/golem.htm) has an "immunity to magic" extraordinary quality outlined at the top, it is rather vague and contains the language, "except as noted otherwise." If you look at any of the golems listed there, however, they all have much more specific language. "A/An _____ golem is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance. In addition, certain spells and effects function differently against the creature, as noted below."

First, notice that only spells and spell-like abilities are mentioned in each of those entries on the SRD. The vague version of "immunity to magic" listed at the outset included an immunity to supernatural effects, but that's completely tossed out for each of these types of golems given. While the spell antimagic field (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/antimagicField.htm) is required to craft a stone golem or a greater stone golem, not even those types actually produce an antimagic field without further modification, or supernatural effects and the spells and spell-like abilities which ignore spell resistance would also be useless against them.

So, assuming we are discussing a basic golem, all you need to do is find out if a given spell has a spell resistance entry of "Yes." Web (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/web.htm)'s spell resistance entry is "No," so a golem in the area of a web spell when it is cast would still need to make a reflex save.
