Non-damage analog to Intensify Spell?

What metamagic feat would that be? I like the "+5 to the effect's max caster level", but I want to apply it to buffs rather than direct damage. Is such a feat published anyplace?

(Who wouldn't spend a 2nd level slot on Nerveskitter with a +10 cap?)

Sort of; Reserves of Strength uncaps CL scaling for a spell as you cast it and gives you a CL boost of up to +3 on that, at the cost of stunning (or is it dazing?) for a bit or HP backlash if you're immune to the stunning.

It's not metamagic, though, technically.
