So I've only DM'd one campaign before and it was a very custom loose zombie apocalypse campaign. I am now DM'ing a regular 3.5 high power campaign with 11 people in it.
I need some advice on what kind of power I should throw at them if I go by CR. And how I do random encounter tables and if there is any site I can create them on. I know there are sites with random encounter generators but I prefer being able to easily change what they are going to encounter and having it customized depending on the area.
