Class Features:
Weapon and Armor Proficiencies: The Skald is proficient with all simple weapons and Battle Axes, Hand-axes, Light Hammers, Longswords, Longbows, Rapiers, Shortswords, Shortbows, and Warhammers. The skald is proficient with Light armor and Shields (not tower-shields).

Spellcasting: The skald casts it's spells spontaneously, but does not prepare them. Instead it has a limited number of spells it may cast, as according to the list below. The table above displays spells per day. The skald gains additional spells per day for a high Wisdom Modifier. The skald's primary casting score is Wisdom.
The Skald cannot cast spells in armor heavier than Light, but takes no penalty when using a shield.

Savant: The skald is treated as being trained in all skills for the purposes of maximum skill check results. The Skald adds 1/4 it's levels in this class as a bonus in all skills in which is has no ranks, as a class bonus.

Trapfinding: The skald has trapfinding, and may locate any traps magical mechanical or otherwise, as a rogue.

Lore Focus: The skald may pick a single class feature of another class, such as combat style, channel energy (according to alignment), sneak attack, Bravery, Armor Training, Bardic Performance, etc. The skald counts as one half it's skald level in that class for the purposes of using this feature. This does not mean the skald has it, merely that the skald may use it.

Warrior Poet: The skald counts as a fighter of one third it's level for the purposes of qualifying for fighter feats.

Uncanny Parry: The skald is not treated as flat footed so long as it has a shield equipped.

Skill Focus: The skald may choose a skill in which is has at least one rank, for which it has not used this class feature before. It gains a +2 class bonus to that skill.

Magical Advancement: The skald may choose one spell from another classes spell list. It casts this spell using a spellslot 1 level higher than normal. This feature is gained at level 7 and every four levels there-after.

Shielded Evasion: The skald is treated as having evasion whenever it has a shield equipped.

Improved Uncanny Parry: The skald cannot be flanked so long as it has a shield equipped.

Lore Focus Mastery: The skald counts as having the class feature for the purpose of qualifying for feats that add to, or modify the class feature it chose for it's lore focus.

Skill Mastery: The skald may choose a number of skills in which it has maximum ranks (the number of skills is not to exceed it's intelligence modifier). It may always take a ten on these skills.

Skill Supremacy: The skald may always take a 10 on any skill check. It may always take a 20, as though taking a 10 with skill mastery on the skills it chose for the Skill Mastery class feature.
