What compliments a dragon shaman gesalt without going into dragonfire adept?

Barbarian with the Rage variant from the PHB2 that has you rage any time you are at half HP's or less?

Bah! It's not actually half; it is 5x your Barb level. That would only work if you were a very squishy Barb.

Anything that increases your Constitution would make your breath weapon harder to resist. Wildshape isn't a bad method of gaining that. Besides, fire-breathing bears! Similarly you could go Sorcerer and Polymorph yourself for better Con. Druid would give you more skill points, though, but Sorcerer would provide you with a higher Charisma for more healing points.

Hmm well this is what I get to mess with

All core, All completes, MiC, SpC, PHBII, MMII, Dungeonscape, Tome of Battle, Expanded Psioncs Handbook, Races of Stone, Cityscape, and Unearthed Arcana.


No Arcane magic ,so if went bard would have to be UA divine bard


So am sort of looking at a Dragon Shaman 8/Divine bard maybe with one of the higher level bard prc's.

Dragon Shaman//Favored Soul? Got some CHA synergy, and gets you 9th level (Divine) spells...

You can dump WIS if you don't have DC reliant spells.

Asking DM to let the Divine Bard enter Dragon Disciple? Not really strong but...

Dragon Shaman//Cleric of [Dragon][Domains: Depends]/Cleric Prestigeclass?

Dragon Shaman//Cleric (one of the above)/other class/Theurge PrC depending on Cleric and other class (Example: Eldritch Disciple, Ruby Knight Vindicator etc.)


That should get you quite strong I suppose.

No Incarnum? Totemist goes really, really well with DS and DFA alike.
Binder and Warlock go with anything, you can't really go wrong there.

Psychic Warrior is a fantastic complement as well; DS abilities and psionics both work fine in armor.

Dwarven sorcerer with the SCF to cast off of CON.

Be Con sad.

You can also stick factotum 5 / Chameleon 10 / X 5 on anything human.
